I enjoyed playing it! A couple of weird aspects of the game are pretty much all that's keeping me from giving 5 stars. Some of the controls are a bit finicky and i feel like a lot of the cash just seems to be unobtainable a lot of the time due to imprecision, but that's part of the game, I felt, and the upgrades, had I played for longer, would've probably helped me with this. All in all, a cool experience. Getting a rocket on the ground, followed by another rocket on the ground is a great feeling!

I found the block placing mechanic a little difficult at times, but it was a nice concept for a game! I felt that the design of the menus let the game down slightly, as well as the very short looped music.
The concept of the game was excellent though!

Well done! As a HS fan this was well orchestrated, with very little room for plot holes. It seems something feasible and likely to occur within the confines of the narrative!

I do have an issue with the background music. First of all, it would be awesome if, in the description, you could make note of all the songs you used, just so people know where they can go to find them. And also, a lot of the sound was clipping in the flash. I'm not sure why this is the case, but it could get distracting while navigating.

Anyway, excellent story, excellent idea!

Thank you for the constructive criticism! :)

I really enjoyed the game, but the music and the sound effects were really jarring in my opinion. The more electronic 'blippy' sounds didn't mix well with the background music. Some of the brighter colour choices were a bit blinding, as well, though that was less of a problem for me.

The game concept is fantastic and challenging, though.

A fantastic game. I think you need to hang on the last bit though - I could fall off the edge and it reset to Pretentious Game. But a fantastic game, most certainly!

Great game!

I just wonder whether Flash was the right outlet for it. It lags a lot, and that was on mid quality, and only the 4th level.

Other than that little detrimental piece, it's a fantastic game with great medals and an excellent concept. As a Plants vs Zombies reimagining, it's a little more believable than the original. Great job.

I mean, it's interesting,

But the jump controls are awkward, and this makes the levels incredibly awkward. You need to have jumping at stationary points, not just when the player is moving. I found it interesting, but just cannot give this a high score.

It's an alright concept.

The idea behind the game is fantastic.
I just find there's a really steep curve straight away. After the first 3 easy levels, you suddenly throw some really challenging curveballs, and I'm finding myself stuck time and time again on them. The music is rather soothing, which was a good choice, and I love the gravity slinging idea, but you've just made things too difficult too quickly. Without an option to continue straight away, like another user has already mentioned, I find myself questioning whether it is worth continuing to push through or merely leave the game.

This is not a game.

This is an exercise in placing faith in your ability to view the invisible. You have to jump up on invisible ledges, without any indication of what's there, and then attempt to attack enemies which still end up out of your reach. I don't see the point of other weapons and another character if you haven't even implemented basic elements. I also like how the other character doesn't lead to anything yet.

It's a great start, but until you finish this, don't expect good reviews.

Interesting concept.

I love the idea behind this game, but the only thing that stops me from playing it is the awkward control mechanics. I just find it impossible to navigate well. That's just probably me being derpy with games like I usually am.

Everything else about this game is fantastic, from the music to the graphics and the concept, but if you don't have an easy to pick up control mechanic, people can't enjoy it to its full potential.

TheAwsomeOpossum responds:

Control Mechnaics... okay... I can fix that for the next one =).

Just curious... was it just how unusual they were, or was it that they wren't gone over visually well enough?

Thanks for the tip though, and I'm glad you liked my game =).
